How does shipping work?
Our boxes are shipped throughout Canada using UPS, Fedex and Purolator. Our website will give estimated shipping times, however we can not guarantee the exact shipping date.
Do you offer a local delivery option?
We do offer a local delivery option within the GTA for $10, which includes: Ajax, Brampton, Burlington, Markham, Mississauga, Newmarket, Oakville, Oshawa, Pickering, Richmond Hill, Vaughan, Whitby and Toronto. Gift boxes sent within the GTA are typically delivered between 1-3 business days. Please contact us if you are unsure as to whether your delivery location falls within the area of our local delivery borders.
Do you offer same day shipping?
We do offer local delivery within the GTA which is typically next day service if you order before 1pm. However, if you would like same day service within the GTA please send us an email or call us and we will do our very best to assist you!
Do you ship to the USA? Y Yes, we now offer shipping to the USA! Delivery times are typically between 5-10 business days but we cannot guarantee an exact time frame as packages may be delayed at Customs.
I want to order multiple boxes that will be shipped to multiple addresses but your website only allows one address per order. How can I do this? There are two options, you can either (1) place a separate order for each recipient, or (2) email us the details of your multiple piece order and we will send you an invoice to pay for all of the gifts in one transaction.
How long will it take my gift to ship?
Our gifts typically ship within 1-2 business days from the day you place your order.
What if I want my gift to arrive on a specific day?
If you are wanting your gift to arrive on a specific day then just make a note of the day you would like it delivered in the ‘special requests’ section when you place your order and we will do our best to make that happen.
Can I attach a note to my gift?
Yes, each gift comes with a complimentary note card. However, if you would like to upgrade your card to a Canadian made greeting card, you can do that for an additional $5.
My box is a gift. I don't want any prices or receipts included in the box.
Rest assured we never include receipts or any prices inside our boxes!
What is your return policy?
We strive to make sure that your gift arrives to your recipient looking amazing! We do not offer exchanges or returns but if there are any issues with your gift, please do let us know!
