How does shipping work?
Our boxes are shipped throughout Canada using UPS, Fedex, Canpar and Purolator. Our website will give estimated shipping times, however we can not guarantee the exact shipping date. 

Do you offer a local delivery option?
We do offer a local delivery option within Mississauga for $10 flat rate. 

Do you offer same day shipping?
No, however we do offer free gift pick-up from our Mississauga shop. If you are in need of an urgent gift, give us a call and we will do our best to have it ready for pick up as soon as we can! Exceptions apply during the Holiday season. 

Do you ship to the USA?                                                                                     Y    Yes, we offer shipping to the USA! Delivery times are typically between 5-10 business days but we cannot guarantee an exact time frame as packages may be delayed at Customs. 

I want to order multiple boxes that will be shipped to multiple addresses. How can I do this?                  

To ship your gifts to multiple addresses, please send us an email and we will provide you with an order form for orders of 5+ gifts. Alternatively, you can order each one individually through the website.

How long will it take my gift to ship?
Our gifts typically ship within 1-3 business days from the day you place your order.

What if I want my gift to arrive on a specific day?
If you are wanting your gift to arrive on a specific day then just make a note of the day you would like it delivered in the ‘special requests’ section when you place your order and we will do our best to make that happen but we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. Please note, deliveries are made on weekdays only; we do not make deliveries on weekends.

Can I attach a note to my gift?
Yes, each gift comes with a complimentary note card handwritten with your personal message.

My box is a gift. I don't want any prices or receipts included in the box.
Rest assured we never include receipts or any prices inside our boxes!

What is your return policy?
We strive to make sure that your gift arrives to your recipient looking amazing! We do not offer exchanges or returns but if there are any issues with your gift, please do let us know!
